Junior Chartist/Market Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Chartist/Market Operator to continuously monitor assigned markets, analyse price structures and momentum, and translate insights into actionable trading recommendations for our trading team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor markets across multiple timeframes and maintain an up‑to‑date view of location, structure, direction and momentum.
• Track market progression through Core Move, Swing‑Back, Resumption and Transition/Reversal phases.
• Produce evidence‑based trading recommendations and clearly state supporting and invalidating factors.
• Set and respond to price/structure alerts during shifts and update the market view promptly.
• Complete scheduled analyses (e.g., morning/handover reviews) on time and to standard.
• Provide structured handovers to incoming operators, outlining current state, key levels and watch conditions.
• Document market‑state changes, analysis and evidence using approved tools.
• Participate in team reviews, defend analysis with evidence and adjust the official view when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in a related field.
• Discipline, patience and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with defined processes.
• Strong visual pattern recognition skills.
