About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Lagos State, Nigeria, offers a unique opportunity to deliver comprehensive maternity care within an AI‑enabled health ecosystem. The Midwife/Peri‑Operative professional will support safe childbirth and peri‑operative obstetric procedures while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, monitoring maternal and fetal well‑being.
• Assist in peri‑operative care for obstetric surgeries, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and infection‑prevention standards.
• Document patient care, participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Required profile

• Registered midwife or nurse‑midwife with relevant regulatory body accreditation.
• Strong clinical skills in maternity care, emergency obstetrics, and peri‑operative support.
• Experience in lactation support and breastfeeding education.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care, health equity, and continuous professional development.
