About the role
The Facility & Operations Coordinator oversees support services across hospitals, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant delivery of facility management, equipment maintenance, customer care, and security.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise facility management activities
- Oversee medical and non‑medical equipment maintenance
- Manage customer care services
- Ensure physical security and safety protocols
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Master’s in Facility Management is a plus
- At least 10 years of operations management experience, including 3–5 years in a hospital setting
