Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

Join a cross‑functional team building a fintech payment platform. You will own features end‑to‑end, from backend services and provider integrations to the dashboards used by customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Python microservices across the payment stack.
• Develop and enhance the React web platform, including admin and customer dashboards, access control, and payment flows.
• Integrate third‑party payment providers and banking partners via APIs, webhooks, and reconciliation processes.
• Design event‑driven workflows using queues, retries, and dead‑letter handling.
• Ship reliable changes: verify end‑to‑end flows, monitor production, and resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into clear technical plans.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional full‑stack engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills with experience building REST APIs.
• Proficient in React (hooks, state management, API data fetching); Redux Toolkit/RTK Query and Tailwind are a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS/EventBridge, API Gateway, Cognito).
• Experience integrating external APIs, preferably payments, banking, or fintech providers.
• Solid understanding of data consistency, idempotency, and error handling in distributed systems.
• Comfortable with Git, code review, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Clear written communication and strong ownership of work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
