Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert (Finance & Operations)

About the role

eRecruiter is recruiting on behalf of a leading distributor of technology, services and lifestyle products in Sub-Saharan Africa. It is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert (Finance & Operations) to be based in Lagos, Nigeria. The expert designs, implements, customizes and supports Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions, translating organizational requirements into systems that optimize financial and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Budgeting, Fixed Assets and Project Management & Accounting.
• Work with finance, supply chain and operations teams to gather requirements, design workflows and deliver tailored solutions.
• Customize functionality to meet business needs while keeping scalability and best practices in mind.
• Lead system upgrades, integrations and enhancements.
• Provide technical and functional support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Deliver user training, documentation and ongoing support.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, reporting and decision-making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven track record implementing Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, ERP systems and financial processes.
• Experience with system integrations, data migration and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate).
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
