About the role

Smollan is seeking a Merchandiser based in Lagos to ensure product presentation and customer satisfaction across retail locations.

Key responsibilities

Maintain customer/client satisfaction
Manage shelf health and administration
Promote effective teamwork and self‑management

Required profile

At least 3 months experience in merchandising
Grade D+ (D Plus) in secondary education
Strong communication skills
Time management and planning abilities
Customer service orientation
