Business Hub Manager

About the role

You will run a Nomba hub in a large trading market, owning the merchant portfolio, the sales team, and the hub’s financial performance. Success is measured by book growth, revenue, cost discipline and portfolio quality.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and lead a field team of Market/Account Managers and canvassers, ensuring each rep sells collections, credit and FX products as a bundle.
• Set individual targets, run daily huddles, weekly pipeline reviews and monthly performance reviews to drive numbers‑first results.
• Own collections rigor, loan repayment follow‑up and FX sales to maintain healthy credit and revenue streams.
• Develop successors and build a bench of team leads to scale the hub beyond personal coverage.

Required profile

• 8+ years in financial services, fintech or lending with proven revenue or portfolio targets.
• Experience building and managing field sales or credit teams of 20+ people.
• Strong business acumen and P&L literacy, comfortable with budgeting and risk trade‑offs.
• Established network with market leaders or ability to build relationships quickly.

Required skills

• Knowledge of credit mechanics, pricing, NPL management and collections.
• Understanding of merchant acceptance, POS and FX product sales.
