Medical Sales Representative - Osun

About the role

A global bio-pharmaceutical company with a long-standing presence in Nigeria is looking for a Medical Sales Representative based in Osogbo, Osun State. The role suits people passionate about pharmaceutical sales, experienced in area and territory management, and able to build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, distributors and other healthcare stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions
• Drive prescription generation and product uptake
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct regular market visits and ensure territory coverage
• Organise product presentations and promotional activities
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Submit timely activity and sales reports

Required profile

• Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Nigeria
• HND in Life Sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, microbiology or a related field
• Proven sales track record within the region
• Strong understanding of doctor call processes and distributor engagement
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
