Mattress Shop Sales Attendant (Lagos Mainland Only)

About the role

Evergreen International Services, a retail trading company selling mattresses, pillows, bedsheets, duvet sets and other bedding products, is hiring full-time Shop Attendants (Sales Boy/Shop Salesgirl) for its branch outlets. The position is retail shop work, not an office job, and applicants must live in Lagos Mainland and be comfortable working in a busy retail environment. Working days are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and the salary depends on sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to walk-in customers
• Assist customers in choosing mattresses, pillows, bedsheets, duvet sets and other bedding products
• Promote and sell products professionally
• Arrange and display products neatly in the shop
• Keep the shop clean, organised and presentable
• Receive and account for cash and POS sales transactions
• Assist with stock taking and inventory management
• Carry out other duties assigned by management

Required profile

• SSCE, OND or HND
• Previous retail or sales experience is an added advantage
• Honest, responsible, punctual and willing to learn
• Must reside in or near the preferred branch location; apply only if you live in Lagos Mainland
