About the role

We are seeking a fast‑paced recruiter to lead mass hiring of delivery agents across several African markets. This is a remote, full‑time position focused on high‑volume, high‑pressure recruitment operations rather than traditional corporate HR.

Key responsibilities

• Drive mass recruitment of delivery agents in multiple African countries.
• Manage large candidate pipelines and screen applicants quickly and efficiently.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and ensure a stable recruitment flow.
• Collaborate with team leads and operations departments to align hiring with business needs.
• Report daily recruitment metrics and identify bottlenecks for rapid resolution.

Required profile

• Comfortable handling very high recruitment volumes.
• Highly organized with strong, clear communication skills.
• Deep understanding of recruitment funnels and candidate engagement.
• Emotionally stable under pressure and able to maintain speed without losing structure.
