Marketing Specialist

About the role

Cavista Technologies, a software solutions provider collaborating with organizations worldwide, is seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Specialist in Lagos. The role drives integrated marketing and communication initiatives that build the brand, deepen stakeholder engagement and deliver measurable growth across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events and partnerships to raise brand awareness and revenue.
• Own and optimise SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising and email marketing to generate qualified leads and improve conversion.
• Handle AEO/GEO (AI search optimization) alongside SEO, and run email marketing and marketing automation including segmentation, nurture campaigns, workflows and reporting.
• Create interactive product demos with tools such as Storylane or Navattic for demand generation and sales enablement.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Partner with creative, product and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Plan and run events, webinars and conferences, and track performance against KPIs to maximise ROI.
• Drive consistent content strategy and messaging, and support PR and corporate messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
• Proven track record of data-driven campaigns with measurable impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, project management and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Digital marketing: SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email and content marketing.
• Tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
• Marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) experience is an advantage.
