About the role

Mani Recruits is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead sales initiatives and promote its real‑estate portfolio in Abuja. The role combines market analysis, client relationship management and team coordination to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Promote and sell company products to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and prospective customers to convert them into sales.
• Coordinate and supervise the sales team.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
• Good knowledge of the Abuja real‑estate market (advantageous).
• Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
