Marketing Manager

About the role

Poliplast Ltd is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead brand development and drive digital initiatives across its manufacturing business. You will shape marketing strategies that align with business goals and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies supporting company objectives.
• Build and maintain brand identity across all channels.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, product launches, and trade‑show participation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Sales to generate quality leads and improve acquisition.
• Manage digital presence, including social media, website, and online advertising.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, and presentations.
• Monitor budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and report on KPI performance.
• Oversee content creation, photography, video, and promotional material production.
• Supervise and mentor marketing staff and external vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, branding, and market research.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
