Assistant Chief Marketing Officer

About the role

The Assistant Chief Marketing Officer will support the CMO in shaping and executing Powerhouse International Limited’s marketing and brand strategy. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution across campaigns, product launches and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the overall marketing and brand strategy.
• Support planning and rollout of advertising, promotions, campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate marketing team activities and monitor performance of internal staff and external agencies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Help drive customer acquisition, retention and relationship‑management initiatives.
• Track marketing budgets, campaign performance and ROI.
• Maintain the company’s brand image, corporate communications, digital platforms and social‑media presence.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Support the CMO in partnership development, new‑market identification and revenue growth.
• Act on behalf of the CMO and provide leadership to the marketing team when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Mid‑level professional with proven ability to manage projects and teams.
