Marketing Manager

About the role

The G.O.A Group is seeking a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives for its construction business in Lagos. You will shape and execute multi‑channel campaigns, manage a high‑performing team, and drive revenue targets of NGN10 million+ per month.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement growth marketing strategies to increase enquiries, leads and sales.
• Lead, motivate and develop a marketing and sales team focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Develop monthly content calendars, oversee creation of graphics, videos and copy, and manage social media platforms.
• Build and run email marketing and automation journeys, segment audiences and monitor performance metrics.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, conduct keyword research and collaborate with web developers to improve site performance.
• Manage the full customer journey in the CRM, track leads through the funnel and produce weekly performance reports.
• Analyse KPIs across all channels, prepare regular reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital, growth or marketing management.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven track record of generating leads and increasing sales through digital channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
