Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing activities for BhEERHUGZ CAFÉ, a vibrant hospitality brand in Lekki. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving foot traffic, increasing brand awareness, and promoting events and special offers through both digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns that attract guests and boost sales.
• Manage social media channels, create engaging content and oversee content production.
• Coordinate digital promotions, offline advertising, and in‑house events.
• Track campaign performance using basic analytics and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Collaborate with operations, bar and kitchen teams to develop promotions and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, media partners and agencies.
• Administer the marketing budget and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Work with the SEO team and support public‑relations activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage or entertainment.
• Strong digital‑marketing skills, including social media management, content creation and basic analytics.
• Ability to plan and execute events, in‑house promotions and partnership campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple initiatives.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment, including evenings or weekends when required.
• Experience with CRM tools, email‑marketing platforms or marketing‑analytics dashboards is a plus.
• Creative mindset combined with a data‑informed approach to testing and optimisation.
