Marketing Manager – Industrial B2B

About the role

We are seeking a senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our ethanol and agro‑allied product lines. The role focuses on B2B market expansion, brand positioning, and revenue growth within the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase revenue and market share for ethanol and agro‑allied products.
• Identify and penetrate new B2B segments, targeting chemical industries, FMCG raw material suppliers, and industrial manufacturers.
• Lead the full business development cycle from prospecting and negotiation to long‑term account management.
• Conduct deep‑dive market and competitive intelligence to anticipate industry trends and pricing shifts.
• Oversee brand positioning to maintain a consistent, professional image in manufacturing environments.
• Mentor and manage the marketing team, driving a results‑oriented culture and aggressive growth targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in ethanol, chemicals, oil & gas, or agro‑allied sectors.
• Strong understanding of industrial B2B marketing dynamics and manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry or related field; MBA or professional marketing certification is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership abilities.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.
