Job description
Key responsibilities
- Manage Residly's presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
- Create and manage a consistent social media content calendar.
- Develop content ideas around shortlets, hospitality, property management and the Residly product.
- Turn product features into simple, interesting and relatable content.
- Create or coordinate short-form videos, graphics, product demos and educational content.
- Write captions, social copy and campaign messaging.
- Stay on top of trends and identify ways Residly can participate in relevant conversations.
- Engage with shortlet owners, property managers and other members of the industry online.
- Work with the product and business teams to promote new features and updates.
- Support campaigns designed to drive product awareness, trials and sign-ups.
- Track content performance and use the results to improve future content.
- Identify potential partnerships, influencers, creators and communities that could help grow the brand.
Required profile
- A minimum of 1 year of experience.
- A minimum of a diploma in a related field.
