Marketing Executive (Abuja)

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive customer acquisition and sales growth in the Abuja zone by increasing brand visibility across multiple channels. The role focuses on delivering effective KYC campaigns, reducing churn, and providing market‑specific insights through data analytics to support Area Sales Managers and Market Developers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage distribution and productivity of KYC terminals, ensuring a high percentage of active kits and minimal downtime.
• Implement trade and marketing strategies, determining merchandising requirements and ensuring product visibility in shops, CPs, and street‑corner outlets.
• Track and measure brand visibility, driving top‑of‑mind awareness during sponsorships and events.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to design locally‑relevant products and reduce customer churn.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses, turning raw data into actionable insights for field execution.
• Coordinate and manage projects within the zone, escalating deviations to regional managers as needed.

Required profile

• First degree in Engineering, Social Science, or Pure Science; a second degree in Business Management or Marketing is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in marketing activations and channel branding, preferably in an agency or FMCG environment.
• Excellent command of English, strong organizational and communication abilities, and high attention to detail.
