Marketing and Sales Manager

About the role

IDCL Global is looking for a results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager in Abuja to lead business growth, generate high-value clients and run marketing strategies that increase revenue. The role combines strategic marketing with aggressive sales execution, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close new business opportunities across digital marketing, branding, OOH advertising and tech solutions.
• Meet and exceed the monthly sales target, building relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, government agencies and startups.
• Develop and run marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, and prepare proposals, quotations and client presentations.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with the creative and digital teams on client campaigns, represent the company at networking events and industry meetings, and submit weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
