About the role

Eminence Global Properties is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to lead its commercial growth in the real‑estate sector. You will shape and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies, build a high‑performing team, and drive revenue targets across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and train marketers and sales representatives, fostering a continuous learning culture.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events) to generate high‑quality leads and optimise the sales funnel.
• Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and run enablement programs.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine brand positioning and pricing.
• Manage marketing and sales budgets, ensuring strong ROI.
• Utilise CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for performance tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in a related field.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and lead teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation, public speaking, and coaching abilities.
