Marketing and Growth Executive

About the role

The Marketing and Growth Executive will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition for a luxury travel brand. This role combines creative content production, data‑driven campaign management, and partnership development to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on brand positioning in the luxury travel market.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms, producing reels, videos, stories, carousels and graphics.
• Write compelling copy for captions, ads and campaign messaging while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Conduct market research on hotels, resorts, airlines and travel trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Develop lead‑generation campaigns, optimise funnels via social media, email and WhatsApp, and collaborate with sales to improve conversion rates.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta advertising campaigns, manage budgets and analyse performance metrics.
• Identify and engage influencers and strategic partners to expand reach and drive growth.
• Monitor key marketing metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital, social media or growth marketing.
• Proven track record managing Meta advertising campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or luxury sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
