Manufacturing Manager

About the role

The Manufacturing Manager will lead end‑to‑end production of herbal and wellness products in Lagos. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure efficient operations, high quality standards and on‑time delivery while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and maintain smooth workflow.
• Manage production schedules to achieve output targets.
• Supervise machine operation, maintenance and control downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and manufacturing standards.
• Monitor raw material usage and implement waste‑reduction measures.
• Lead, train and evaluate production staff.
• Collaborate with procurement and quality assurance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• BSc/HND in Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastic or FMCG environments.
• Strong leadership and operational management capabilities.
• Proven problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
