About the role
We are seeking a Managing Director to lead overall strategy, P&L, governance and regulatory compliance for Equity Multishield HMO.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overall strategy, P&L, governance and regulatory compliance.
- Execute the company's HMO license and business plan.
- Build relationships with NHIA, regulators, providers, employers, brokers, banks, telcos and strategic partners.
- Drive membership growth, retention and profitability.
- Approve annual budgets and operating plans.
- Oversee integration between Equity Multishield HMO and Sabidoktor.
Required profile
- A minimum of 10 years of experience.
- A minimum of an MBA/MSc in a related field.
