Manager, Business and Operations Transformation

About the role

PwC’s Operations Transformation team is looking for a Manager to lead end‑to‑end operational transformation projects for clients across Financial Services, Telecommunications and FMCG. The role combines strategic analysis, technology‑enabled operating model design and hands‑on delivery to build agility, efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, planning and execution of complex operational transformation workstreams, reporting to Senior Managers, Directors or Partners.
• Conduct detailed analysis, process design and operational modelling to produce data‑driven recommendations.
• Design and implement future‑ready, technology‑enabled operating models using Agile and design‑thinking principles.
• Drive improvements in customer operations, efficiency, experience and service delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery from strategy through execution.

Required profile

• First‑degree required; MBA or MSc is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry.
• Experience with clients in Financial Services, Telecommunications or FMCG, focusing on operations strategy, digital operating models, Agile delivery, smart manufacturing, customer transformation, process modelling and business analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time.
