About the role

The Management Trainee Programme at CIG Motors is a structured development initiative aimed at identifying high‑potential graduates and preparing them for future leadership positions. Trainees will rotate through key business functions or be placed within a specific unit, gaining hands‑on experience while contributing to strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across core business areas such as operations, finance, marketing, and sales.
• Support strategic and operational projects, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business challenges and propose solutions.
• Engage in continuous learning through mentorship and formal training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Upper) from a recognized Nigerian or foreign university.
• Completion of the NYSC programme.
• Age not exceeding 26 years; fresh graduates are encouraged.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• High learning agility, adaptability, and a positive, self‑driven attitude.
