Management Controller (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Management Controller to support the launch and growth of our new entities in Nigeria. Reporting to the Group CFO and the Area General Manager, you will oversee finance, supply chain, human resources and procurement functions, ensuring financial health and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams covering accounting, treasury, controlling, HR, logistics and related service providers.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Ensure accurate accounting, consolidation of financial data, cost accounting and performance reporting.
• Manage treasury activities, credit, debt collection and relationships with banks.
• Prepare financial reports for shareholders, complying with local regulations and international accounting standards.
• Monitor sales and operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions, tax authorities and banks.
• Supervise HR functions including recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
• Ensure overall regulatory and compliance adherence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior finance roles, preferably as a CFO or Finance Controller.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of financial regulations, international accounting standards and corporate reporting.
• Excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
