Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily facility operations, supervise staff, and ensure the proper upkeep of equipment and premises within a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and assigned staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor facility conditions, carry out routine maintenance, basic repairs and report faults promptly.
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance tasks where qualified.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper handling of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with management for major repairs and keep basic maintenance records.

Required profile

• At least 24 months of experience in maintenance, facility management or a related supervisory role.
• Physically fit, hardworking, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Disciplined, honest, trustworthy and reliable.
• Willing to reside in provided accommodation.

What we offer
