Longevity Diagnostics Specialist / Health Optimisation Physician

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Longevity Diagnostics Specialist / Health Optimisation Physician to lead advanced preventive healthcare and executive wellness programmes within a premium hospitality setting. The role combines clinical expertise with strong communication to deliver evidence‑based diagnostics, interpret health data and create personalised wellness strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, executive medical evaluations and preventive screenings for members and clients.
• Perform, interpret and communicate results from advanced diagnostics such as InBody composition analysis, VO₂ Max testing, metabolic assessments, blood pressure monitoring, pulse oximetry, spirometry and ECG.
• Design personalised health optimisation and lifestyle intervention programmes based on clinical findings.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, fitness coaches, nutritionists and other professionals to deliver multidisciplinary wellness plans.
• Monitor client progress through follow‑up consultations and repeat assessments.
• Identify health risks early and refer to specialist consultants when needed.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, infection‑prevention protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and oversee calibration, maintenance and quality assurance of diagnostic equipment.
• Develop and continuously improve clinical protocols, wellness programmes and executive health packages.
• Deliver health education sessions, workshops and support business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree with registration to practice in Nigeria (MDCN).
• 4–8 years of experience in preventive, functional or longevity medicine.
• Proven ability to interpret complex diagnostic data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with emerging evidence.
