LLM Java Developer

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Java developer to join our AI‑focused projects, building and maintaining backend components that power large language model applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable Java‑based software components.
• Build scalable backend systems supporting AI and LLM workflows.
• Participate in AI model evaluation, providing technical feedback and quality assessments.
• Support supervised fine‑tuning and other AI training activities.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and other technical contributors.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience with Java and solid understanding of software development principles.
• Experience in developing software, participating in code reviews, and delivering backend APIs.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
