Lead Sales Trainer & Motivational Speaker (Lagos On-site)

About the role

Bee Shop E-Commerce Limited is seeking a dynamic Lead Sales Trainer & Motivational Speaker to power its field acquisition engine in Lagos. You will design and deliver high‑impact, in‑person workshops that turn everyday individuals into high‑performing platform promoters.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, write and continuously improve comprehensive training modules, onboarding toolkits and presentation templates from scratch.
• Deliver energetic, motivational seminars and large‑group lectures that drive immediate behavioural change and platform loyalty.
• Mentor and coach new field partners, guiding them to become autonomous content creators and brand advocates.
• Collaborate with growth and marketing leaders to localise training scripts based on real‑time market feedback and Lagos consumer dynamics.

Required profile

• Must currently reside in Lagos, Nigeria, with deep knowledge of local business culture and market nuances.
• Proven experience as a motivational speaker, sales coach, high‑ticket closer, public speaker or network‑marketing leader.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business models into clear, step‑by‑step training manuals and scripts.
• Strong background in consumer marketing, e‑commerce growth, high‑ticket sales conversions or direct‑agent network expansion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing large audiences.
