Land Bank Officer – Real Estate Acquisition

About the role

The Land Bank Officer is responsible for identifying and securing land acquisition opportunities to support the company’s development pipeline. You will work closely with sales, legal and project teams to ensure smooth acquisition processes and timely delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports and proposals on land acquisition opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and maintain accurate records of land banks and transactions.
• Collaborate with sales, legal and project teams to support acquisition processes.
• Conduct field inspections, interpret surveys and apply basic land measurement and mapping concepts.
• Manage multiple land acquisition projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real estate, land acquisition and property development processes.
• Proficiency in land documentation review, due diligence and basic legal/regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and report‑writing abilities with high attention to detail.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in land banking or property acquisition in Lagos and its environs (advantageous).
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism and ethical business practices.
