Korean-English Google Workspace AI Personalization Rater

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual professional to evaluate AI‑generated email responses in both Korean and English. Working remotely, you will use your own Google Workspace account to assess how well the AI personalizes answers based on real professional email history.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated replies for relevance, accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate personalization.
• Compare multiple candidate responses and select the strongest overall answer.
• Identify unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, irrelevant recommendations, and subtle inconsistencies.
• Provide clear, detailed written feedback that follows evaluation guidelines while protecting privacy.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Korean and professional‑level English.
• Active Google Workspace (Gmail) account with at least 30% Korean and 30% English email content, and a minimum of 1,000 emails.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum two years of professional experience and ability to work independently.
• Reliable desktop or laptop, stable internet connection, and ability to follow detailed instructions.
