Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will turn qualified leads into revenue and nurture client relationships to secure repeat business and account growth. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on sales execution, proposal development, negotiation and deal closure for strategic opportunities generated by Business Development.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for qualified opportunities, converting leads into signed contracts.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers and presentations, and negotiate pricing within approved frameworks.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention and identifying upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining accurate pipeline records and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement and Finance to ensure commercial feasibility and smooth handover to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in sales, key account management or commercial roles, with a proven track record of closing high‑value deals.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
