Job Placement Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Job Placement Officer to connect our clients with genuine international employment opportunities. The role involves researching, verifying, and managing the full placement cycle for candidates seeking overseas positions.

Key responsibilities

• Search and identify authentic international job openings for assigned clients.
• Research and verify employers and vacancies to ensure legitimacy.
• Match candidates with suitable roles based on their qualifications, skills and experience.
• Create ATS‑friendly CVs and customized cover letters.
• Submit applications on behalf of clients and follow up with recruiters.
• Track applications, maintain accurate records and communicate progress to clients.
• Assist clients with interview preparation and secure verifiable offer letters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, job placement, talent acquisition, HR or related fields.
• Experience with international recruitment or overseas placement is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong research and verification skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
