IT Support Engineer Internship – Hands‑On IT Operations

About the role

As an IT Support Engineer Intern at Korapay, you will assist the internal teams by delivering day‑to‑day technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and resolve user requests via email, phone or in person.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot company laptops and desktops.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and support the asset life‑cycle process.
• Work with vendors on hardware warranty and insurance matters.
• Install, patch and upgrade hardware and software according to policy.
• Perform data backups and assist with disaster‑recovery operations.
• Enforce password and system policies and manage user profiles.
• Provide basic training to users on software and hardware usage.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with others.
