About the role
Travtech Limited is looking for an IT Support Associate to provide technical assistance to employees and clients. The role covers troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues so that the organisation's IT infrastructure runs smoothly. The position is full time.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for computer systems and software.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Support network connectivity and internet-related issues.
- Create and manage user accounts and system access.
- Maintain IT inventory and equipment records.
- Document support requests and their resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
