IT Security Specialist

About the role

The IT Security Specialist will provide vision and leadership for information security, access and compliance of regional applications and data. This role develops long‑term security strategies and ensures IT services meet mandated security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage information security for applications and data across the organization.
• Maintain and improve operational processes for accurate security/user administration.
• Design, build and run an access rights management (ARM) solution to identify security concerns and ensure segregation of duties compliance.
• Identify gaps and define remedial actions to maintain appropriate information security levels.
• Coordinate security activities with Enterprise Architecture, Application, and Infrastructure & Operations teams.
• Define and refine information security policies, standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in IT security.
• Strong knowledge of networking, application security and cloud computing.
• Extensive experience delivering information security projects.
