IT Professional – Recruitment Tracking System Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to design and implement an internal recruitment tracking system. The role will collaborate closely with HR and recruitment teams to create a solution that streamlines candidate management, communication, and progress monitoring across all hiring stages.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy a customized recruitment tracking system.
• Gather requirements from HR and recruitment teams to ensure functional alignment.
• Create a user‑friendly interface for candidate data, application status, and interview scheduling.
• Build reporting tools to analyse time‑to‑hire, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
• Integrate the system with existing email, calendar, and HR tools.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality in line with company policies.
• Provide training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to end users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience developing internal software systems, preferably for HR or recruitment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and MySQL databases.
• Experience with system integrations and API development.
• Understanding of data security and confidentiality best practices.
