IT Coordinator – Hospitality

About the role

The IT Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems that support hotel operations at Glocient Hospitality. This position provides first‑ and second‑level technical support to staff, maintains critical hospitality applications, and safeguards data security.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level and second‑level technical support to hotel staff across all departments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hospitality systems including PMS, POS, telephone, door lock, and guest Wi‑Fi.
• Perform routine maintenance on servers, computers, printers, routers, switches and related equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, access‑control, inventory devices and audio‑visual equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of IT hardware and software assets.
• Assist in procurement, installation, upgrades and disposal of equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with PMS, POS and CRS systems is an advantage.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data‑protection standards.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation with a problem‑solving mindset.
