About the role

The IT Associate delivers technical assistance and oversees the company's technology infrastructure, keeping the digital environment secure, reliable and efficient so all departments can use technology effectively while protecting critical data assets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily technical assistance to employees on hardware, software and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure and maintain essential IT devices such as computers and printers.
• Administer user profiles, email platforms and system access controls.
• Carry out routine data backups and enforce cybersecurity protocols.
• Oversee IT asset inventory and software licensing, and manage relationships with external vendors and service partners.
• Assist in creating and maintaining databases, corporate websites and digital applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing technical support and managing IT systems.
• Strong ability to install and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.
• Ability to manage user accounts and access permissions securely.
• Experience with inventory management and coordinating with third-party service providers.

• Data backup strategies and cybersecurity best practices.
• Database maintenance and website management.
