About the role

Laim Hotel is a 5‑star hotel that constantly anticipates customer expectations by offering superior services and exceptional facilities. As an IT Assistant you will support the hotel's IT framework, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.

Key responsibilities

Help install, configure and maintain the company’s IT framework.
Install and maintain various peripherals and apply relevant updates and patches.
Set up hardware and software applications as required.
Provide general support for the IT department and for the company’s computer users.
Handle customer and colleague queries regarding networks, systems and applications, often through a help desk.
Perform various ongoing tasks such as checking and proofreading.

Required profile

B.Sc or HND qualification.
At least 4 years of work experience.
