IT Administrator – Networks & Systems

About the role

Rednoxx Limited is seeking a proactive IT Administrator to manage and optimise its network and systems infrastructure. You will ensure reliable connectivity, support end‑users, and contribute to the deployment of enterprise solutions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain LAN/WLAN, routers, switches, firewalls, access points and structured cabling.
• Manage IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs and overall network performance monitoring.
• Deploy and support servers, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and related operating systems (Windows and Linux).
• Provide first‑ and second‑level support to internal staff, client users and project teams.
• Implement basic cybersecurity controls, backup procedures and incident reporting.
• Maintain IT asset registers, network diagrams, IP address logs and technical documentation.
• Assist with site assessments, network roll‑outs, vendor coordination and project reporting.

Required profile

• HND or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in IT administration, network support and systems management.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and server issues.
