Investor Relations Manager

About the role

Nimade Properties is looking for an Investor Relations Manager to source, identify and build relationships with property investors, match them with suitable property deals and support the progression of investment opportunities from sourcing to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify and build relationships with potential property investors, and maintain strong ties with existing investors, agents, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Understand investors' budgets, requirements, risk appetite and investment strategies.
• Identify, analyse and assess property investment opportunities for profitability and suitability, then match deals with investors based on their criteria.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, deal summaries and financial analyses, and conduct due diligence and risk assessment.
• Manage investor enquiries, provide regular updates and follow up to keep engagement high.
• Maintain accurate investor databases, deal pipelines and investment records, updating property opportunities daily.
• Work closely with the deal-sourcing team so deals are presented efficiently, and support negotiations and deal progression.
• Contribute to business development strategies that increase investor engagement, successful transactions and profitability.

Required profile

• A minimum of 1 year of experience.
• A minimum of a degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in investor relations, property deal sourcing, sales or investment management is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with investors, clients and business partners.
• Good understanding of property investment, real estate markets and business development.
• Strong commercial awareness, organisational and time-management skills, and attention to detail.
