About the role
Tush Mart Limited is looking for an Inventory Officer to monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and maintain accurate records within its retail and FMCG operations in Abuja.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and track inventory movements.
- Inspect incoming deliveries for quality, accuracy, and damage.
- Oversee issuance and release of goods to authorized departments or clients.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts, periodic audits, and cycle counts.
- Identify reorder thresholds and generate purchase requests.
- Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.
- Ensure goods are stored safely, logically, and efficiently according to warehouse guidelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory status, stock valuation, and loss/shrinkage reports for management.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar inventory role.
- Computer literacy and data entry experience.
- Male gender as specified.
