Internal Audit Associate – Full‑time

About the role

Lily Hospitals Limited is seeking an Internal Audit Associate to support its internal audit, risk management and compliance functions. The role involves conducting audits across financial, operational and regulatory areas to ensure the hospital adheres to its policies and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial, operational and compliance audits across all departments.
• Review internal controls, identify gaps or risks, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable findings.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow‑up on recommendations.
• Support fraud risk assessments and investigations when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in internal audit, risk management or compliance.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with audit documentation tools.
