Influencer Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is expanding its remote marketing team and seeks an Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive creator partnerships, affiliate growth, and customer engagement for its e‑commerce clients. The role is fully remote and ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced digital environments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and evaluate influencers on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube based on engagement, content quality and campaign fit.
• Manage outreach, communication and relationship building with creators via email, direct messages and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate gifting campaigns, product shipments and maintain organized delivery records.
• Support affiliate and creator partnership programs using platforms such as TikTok Shop, Social Snowball, Impact or ShopMy.
• Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables and follow‑ups to ensure smooth execution.
• Organize user‑generated content campaigns and track usage rights.
• Negotiate collaboration terms and maintain detailed campaign trackers and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer, creator or affiliate marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce and creator tools (Shopify, TikTok Seller Center, Amazon, etc.).
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Slack, Discord, Canva and AI tools in a remote setting.
• Strong written communication and professional relationship‑management skills.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
