Independent Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

Awake to Power Communications, a training, consulting and digital solutions company offering ICT and data analytics training, website and graphics design, recruitment, branding and publishing services, is looking for a commercially driven Independent Sales and Marketing Executive. The role is fully remote, independent and commission-based, reporting to management. You will identify prospects, build business relationships, promote the company's services and turn them into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients, businesses, institutions and organisations, generating leads through personal networks, referrals, direct outreach, social media and other channels.
• Promote services such as ICT training, data analytics training, website and graphics design, recruitment, consulting, digital solutions, branding, research and publishing, and understand client needs to propose suitable solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales within the company's approved pricing and commercial terms, and look for repeat business and referrals.
• Share market feedback and customer needs with the company and use approved information and marketing materials when representing it.
• Maintain records of prospects, opportunities, client interactions and completed transactions, update the company on significant deals, and hand confirmed clients over to the delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proactive, commercially driven individual comfortable sourcing opportunities and managing their own sales activities.
• Remote, independent work: you manage your own schedule and prospecting methods; there are no fixed hours or guaranteed monthly earnings.
• Adherence to confidentiality requirements, brand-use guidelines and commercial terms.

What we offer

• Earnings by commission on qualifying sales, according to a structure agreed before the engagement begins.
• No fixed monthly salary or guaranteed income.
