Implementation Officer – Retail POS Onboarding

About the role

The Implementation Officer will guide new retail customers through the adoption of Moniebook POS, ensuring a smooth transition from sign‑up to daily operation. Working closely with sales and account teams, you will help merchants unlock the full value of the platform within the first 30‑60 days.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute tailored onboarding plans with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Assist customers in setting up and configuring Moniebook POS to match their workflow.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions, both one‑on‑one and group, covering core features and best practices.
• Monitor usage data, transaction volume, and feature adoption to identify at‑risk customers.
• Provide proactive support and issue resolution to accelerate adoption.
• Build trust‑based relationships with key store stakeholders during the onboarding period.
