About the role
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team and support HR functions in both Kano and Kaduna states. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where you will contribute to the effective management of our workforce and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Support HR operations and ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of HR operations and Nigerian labor legislation.
- HR certification is an added advantage.
